Brian Wiseltier is Vice President and a founding member of SilverSearch Consulting Services, Inc., established in 2000. From the company’s earliest days, he combined strategic leadership with hands-on execution, running a full desk across sales, recruitment, account management, and end-to-end client delivery to help grow SilverSearch from a three-person startup into a respected regional leader in IT staffing. With more than two decades of industry experience, Brian is recognized for his deep understanding of the technology staffing landscape and emerging technologies, along with a quality-focused approach to talent delivery, strong client partnerships, and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.

Jinell Howard

With 26 years of experience in IT Business Development and Recruiting, I am dedicated to building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. I take pride in understanding the needs of hiring managers and consistently delivering top-quality consultants and full-time professionals. My clients trust that I will respect their time by presenting only strong matches, while my candidates value my commitment to helping them find roles where they can thrive and succeed.

While my primary focus has been IT recruiting—covering consulting, right-to-hire, and full-time roles— I also partner with clients to successfully fill positions in Professional Services and other business functions. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with exceptional professionals and organizations, and I continue to find great fulfillment in helping people and companies achieve their goals.

Wade Killman

Wade comes to the table with well over 10 years of client-facing experience in the staffing world and prioritizes effective communication to and from his clients, candidates, and colleagues. He focuses on accounts ranging from those that are Fortune 250+ with a global reach to mid-tier to late-stage startups but throughout all of that work, the quality of relationships with his clients and effectiveness of SilverSearch & Saicon’s services remains paramount. When not on a business meeting, he prioritizes time with his wife & dogs, motorcycle travel, and a mini New Jersey-based homestead.

John Gunter

John Gunther draws on 9 years of experience in headhunting and staffing to connect top technical professionals with organizations of all sizes. As an Account Executive with SilverSearch, John takes a consultative approach, taking the time to understand each client’s team structure and unique requirements. This approach allows him to quickly identify and deliver the right candidates rather than relying on one-size-fits-all recruiting. His goal is to be a trusted partner that organizations can call on when critical staffing needs arise, providing qualified professionals who are ready to make an immediate impact.

Jon Feinberg

Jon has spent more than a decade growing his career with SilverSearch, where he now serves as Business Development Manager. He has built lasting relationships with clients ranging from global enterprises to innovative startups, partnering closely with hiring teams to deliver top-tier talent. Jon prides himself on fostering trust through responsiveness, collaboration, and results. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his family, especially his two-year-old son, whether that means pretending to be a dinosaur, racing toy cars, or kicking a ball around the yard. And when he finds time for himself, you’ll usually catch him on the golf course yelling “fore!” a little more often than he’d like.

Andrea Hirsch

Andrea Hirsch is a recruiting professional with more than 20 years of experience specializing in technology talent and helping organizations and professionals connect around meaningful career opportunities. She works closely with both candidates and hiring teams to understand their goals, ensuring strong alignment between technical expertise, culture, and business needs. Known for her thoughtful approach and deep industry knowledge, Andrea focuses on building long-term relationships and guiding professionals through important career decisions while helping organizations strengthen their technology teams. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She is also a dog-mom to Winston and Chloe.

Gregory Morganoff

Greg Morganoff is a Sr. Tech Recruiter with a background over the last 15+ years focusing on enterprise tech and non-IT services to a variety of clients/industries. His experience has spanned across contract and perm positions and IS motivated to dig into the roles most give up on. He prioritizes long term relationship building with clients and candidates WHILE creating trust for repeat success across engagements. Outside of work, Greg has been married for over 10 years with 2 children, sits on the board of the Spina Bifida Resource Network of NJ and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and loves to bike to the beach as he resides just a few miles from the ocean.

Francesca Roehrenbeck

Francesca is a technical recruiter with 8 years of experience based outside the Philadelphia area. She enjoys connecting with people and building strong relationships. Francesca focuses on understanding what people want in their careers and helping match them with the right opportunities. Whether she is working with candidates or hiring teams, she cares about making meaningful connections that go beyond just filling a role. Francesca believes that a great recruiter is like a trusted compass, always reliable and pointing people in the right direction. Outside of work, she loves trying new restaurants and traveling to different places.

She is known as a top-revenue producing Recruiter within multiple organizations and is motivated daily to transforming candidate’s lives for the better. She is happily married and is also a proud mom of 2 kids and 2 kitties and loves visiting the Jersey shore.

Kerrie Gelnaw is a Senior Technical Recruiter with over 20 years of experience, including 16 years with SilverSearch Inc. She has built a strong reputation for placing top talent and developing lasting candidate relationships in competitive markets. Kerrie brings full lifecycle recruiting expertise, combining industry knowledge with a personalized approach to match candidates with roles that align with their skills and company culture. Her long-standing tenure reflects her consistency and success in delivering results. Outside of work, Kerrie enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her son’s soccer and coaching her daughter’s softball team.

Nicolle Martin

Nicolle Martin is a finance executive with more than 30 years of experience guiding accounting, finance, and operational functions within staffing and professional services organizations. She is known for her hands-on leadership style and ability to build high-performing teams that drive organizational growth, operational efficiency, and financial integrity. Nicolle is highly regarded for mentoring teams, strengthening internal controls, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Nicolle’s background includes financial reporting, forecasting, systems implementation, and process redesign, along with leading system upgrades and improving payment and reporting structures. During her career, she has held senior leadership roles where she contributed to strategy and operational execution. Nicolle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Dominican College, graduating magna cum laude, and has been recognized by the NY State Society of Certified Public Accountants; she lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband and enjoys time with her family, including her two sons, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. She’s an avid reader of true crime novels, her favorite authors being James Patterson and Patricia Cornwell.

Robert is a Senior Technical Recruiter with over 10 years of experience in IT staffing. He specializes in connecting top IT talent with opportunities across software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. He takes a consultative approach to understanding each candidate’s goals and aligning them with the right opportunities.
