Six months ago I had engaged SilverSearch to assist with our most critical project in the Technology and Product space. We were starting up an Innovation Lab in NYC and needed to hire close to 100 high tech candidates in a full time permanent basis. They are simply the best external partner that I have worked with over the course of my 17 year career in Talent Acquisition. Not only did they deliver as promised, but also they completely exceeded our expectations. From my point of view the most important statistic I look for is the interview to hire ratio. Essentially, how many candidates do we need to interview in order to get a hire. To highlight the point, SilverSearch candidates are being hired at an interview to hire ration of 2:1, which is completely unheard of in the high tech space. They have redefined how I measure success from an external partnership perspective and set the bar to unimaginable levels. Thank you to Alisa, Rich and Brian for playing such an instrumental part in building out one of our most critical initiatives.
